Ordered this product June 30th it was supposed to be shipped in 1-2 weeks. By July 14th I messaged the owner and never received a response. I tried again a few days later still nothing. I looked up how to open a case with Etsy and said as of July 20th if I had not received my purchase I could open a case. So I messaged the owner one more time stating that due to the fact I messaged her twice and received no response at all, and my items were not shipped I want a refund today July 20th or I would open a case with Etsy. A few hours later I received a refund. So I know she was receiving my messages just not responding back. Very very disappointment I needed this magnets for my kids chore board, now I will have to order from someone else and wait more. Till this purchase I have never had an issue.

This is my second time ordering. Lost a couple over time and also just wanted to add a few more chores. They’re super cute and come quickly. These really help the kids with doing their chores and give them a fun way to check off the list as they go. I use the hearts and stars for “bonus chores” :)
